Charleston Records Management is a full-service records storage and management company that provides a wide range of services for all major media, including paper, computer disks and tapes, microfilm and microfiche, master audio and video tapes, films and optical disks, x-rays and blueprints.
CRMI also offers courier pickup and delivery, inventory control, filing and retrieval, certified destruction of records, customized reporting and consulting services.
Each storage box is coded by number so we can put our hands on any of our clients' records at any time you need them. Your material, whether a complete box or individual documents, can be delivered to your authorized personnel at our warehouse - or we can deliver it right to your office. And when individual documents are refiled, they go back exactly where they came from. You can add new material - one file or a hundred - anytime you like.
Our modern warehouse meets the latest fire-prevention standards. Storage boxes are located on specially designed racks so they're not subject to dampness or deterioration. The warehouse is cleaned every day - dirt and dust are out.
For your security, the boxes are not labeled by name - only by code number. Nobody sees our clients' records except for their authorized personnel.
