Rates & Services:

Warehouse Handling
This is to receive the shipment from the carrier you ship the property to us by. We will inspect the property for any visible damage, prepare and forward the Warehouse Receipt. Rate $3.75 per hundred pounds with a ten dollar minimum.

Storage
Actual storage of the artwork or exhibit until the show begins. Rate $3.50 per hundred pounds or any portion thereof. $15.00 minimum per shipment.

Delivery Out
Delivery to the actual exhibit site. Rate $15.00 per hundred pounds with a $25.00 per shipment minimum.

Insurance
The South Carolina Public Service commission requires that we provide you with .60 cents per pound per article coverage. Additional coverage is available at the rate of .20 cents per hundred dollars of insurance. You will need to declare the value of your exhibit on the registration form and you will be charged accordingly. If you do not complete the valuation portion of the registration form you will only have the minimum coverage that is mandated by South Carolina law and there will be no charge for this minimum coverage.

Often times we will be called upon to pick up your exhibition after the show and forward the shipment to you or to the next show that you are exhibiting at. If this is the case you need to be sure to tell us on the registration. You will need to tell us what carrier to ship by and give us your account number if you have one. If you fail to give us a carrier, we will choose one and add the freight charges to your bill. In addition two of our fees will be assessed again. We will charge you a Pick-up fee and a warehouse handling fee.
