Official Drayage Contractor for the 2008 Southeastern Wildlife Expo

Azalea Moving & Storage, Inc. has been chosen again this year to be the official drayage contractor for the 2008 Southeastern Wildlife Exposition.

We will receive all of the artwork and exhibits into our warehouse and deliver it to the appropriate facility just prior to the opening of the event.

We need all of the artists and exhibitors that will be using our services to pre-register with us, that we might be better prepared to serve you. You have two ways to pre-register. You can register electronically or you can fill in the attached registration form and send it to us via fax or US Mail.

We will prepare a warehouse receipt for each shipment we receive. We will be most happy to fax a copy of this receipt to you. If you would like copies of the warehouse receipts, please be sure and provide us with a fax number. Registrations will need to be placed with us no later than February 01, 2008 and all shipments are due to us by February 08, 2008. Any shipment that arrives at our facility after February 8th will be assessed additional charges. There are four parts to our service, and there is a charge for each part.
